How do I request a quote?
Simple! You can call or text us at 330-383-1000 or use fill out our ‘Request a Quote‘ form with a few details about your space and needs. We’ll get back to you and schedule an assessment to get you the most accurate quote.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! Many of our clients provide entry instructions and come home to a sparkling space. But if you’d prefer to be there, you’re always welcome!

How often can I schedule cleanings?
As often as you’d like! We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning options — and can create a custom schedule that works for you.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll happily reschedule your appointment with no fee.

Do I need to start with a deep clean?
If you’re unsure whether a deep clean is necessary, it probably is. A deep clean is the ideal starting point to establish a solid maintenance plan. Soap scum, grime, and dust buildup can accumulate in hard-to-reach areas. We’ll dedicate extra time to scrub away dirt and grime, leaving your home sparkling clean, and easier to maintain on a consistent schedule.
